	1. Sign Up for OutShare Service
Visit the OutShare Sign Up page to register. Choose a service account name that best represents your organization, team or computer group for example: smith_family, companyname. Please note that you will not be able to change this name afterwards. After registration you will receive an e-mail with downloadable links and additional instructions. If you represent a group, it is not necessary to register all the users, you will be able to add them to your account and define their rights after the product installation.
	2. Download and install OutShare synchronizer
The download link is sent to you via e-mail after registration or you can access it from the top right-hand corner of Web Access (click here to log in) or download now by clicking here.
	Download the OutShare Synchronizer application:

		-
After you click Download OutShare, run the .exe file to install OutShare
on your computer. Your system may ask you to install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, if you have not installed it before with any Windows or Microsoft update.
-
During the installation steps, instead of registering your new account, enter your existing OutShare Service user login ID and password or register a new account if you missed the first step ( service registration).
-
You will be prompted to start Microsoft synchronization, or you can, if you prefer, do it later. After initial synchronization you will be able to synchronize and share Outlook data with your other PCs or other users of your group (service account). You will also be able to access your Microsoft Outlook data from the Web using the Web browser only. Log in here.
-
Go to your other PCs (not the users from your group) download and install OutShare Synchronizer. During installation use your existing login.
Make sure that PCs that you are planning to synchronize run Windows 2000, Windows XP (Home/Pro), or Windows Vista with Microsoft Outlook version not earlier than Outlook 2000. We also recommend that the latest Microsoft Office updates be applied. You can download them here.

You'll then be able to open OutShare from the Start Menu > All Programs > 4Team OutShare > OutShare Synchronizer.
	3. Add users of your group to your account

Now that you've installed OutShare on your PCs and synchronized your Outlook data, start exploring the OutShare interface, add users from your group, and start sharing your data with them. E.g.: You can add users by following these steps:

		- Open Service Account Administration by going to Start Menu > All Programs > 4Team OutShare
-
Click the New User button to create a new user account, or simply import selected contacts from your Outlook (OutShare Administration Tools menu). The users will automatically receive invitations with their login information via e-mail. You can forward them the installation (.exe) file or they can download it from the link provided in the invitation. You can also divide and assign users to departments in order to follow your company's structure and give them the specific users' access.
- Create Public Folders, add user groups or selected users and assign permissions.
You are almost done. Now you will be able to synchronize your Microsoft Outlook, share its folders inside your group and access it via the Web browser and more.
We are expecting your valuable feedback that will allow us to improve and expand the functionality of OutShare or go to our Forum to find answers from other users of OutShare.

	What's next?
OutShare will automatically synchronize your Outlook data as you work with it, but
you can change how often OutShare synchronizes your data by going to OutShare Settings > Synchronization Options. Share your folders or selected Outlook items with users without Outlook, and they will be available to access your data with similar to Outlook interface via the Web browser only.
